Hi there! 👋  I'm an Östersund-born, Gothenburg-based interaction designer with a background in cognitive science.
I've always found psychology and the human mind to be interesting, which is why I chose to study cognitive science. During my bachelor's I've learned a lot about human perception and behavior which laid the foundation for understanding usability and inclusiveness in design.
During my master's I've been able to explore a wide range of methods and softwares within interaction design and related subjects within IT and design. As we mostly have worked in different group constellations, I've learned that communication is key, and the importance of pausing for a moment and ask yourself why you are doing a certain thing in a certain way.
During my time at ESSIQ as a product designer and product owner, I've learned how to zoom out and look at the bigger picture of a project - and plan ahead!
My goal is to keep on learning and create products that are simple, yet intuitive.
For me it's important to stay humble and listen to what others have to say, from user research and user testing, to working with colleagues, reading blogs, and listen to podcasts.
I have experience working with teams to come up with concepts and prototypes. I can facilitate workshops and find patterns in the results. I can sketch and create wireframes at varying levels of fidelity, and I really enjoy prototyping, it helps me think through ideas and discover new possibilities.
Favorite softwares:
Figma & Figjam, Adobe XD, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Some things I have some experience of:
Jira, After Effects, Trello, Balsamiq, Sketch, and Animate.
If you think I am the right person for your project, or just feel like saying hello, get in touch!
Talk to you soon!
